The BA BF Ford Falcon V8 Supercar was a race car built by Ford Performance Racing (now known as Tickford Racing) to compete in the Australian V8 Supercars Championship, which is now known as the Repco Supercars Championship. The BA BF model refers to two generations of the Ford Falcon, the BA (2002-2005) and the BF (2005-2008).

The Falcon V8 Supercar was designed and developed specifically for the demanding and highly competitive V8 Supercars Championship, which features touring car racing in Australia. It was built to adhere to the series’ regulations and specifications, while showcasing the performance capabilities of the Ford Falcon.

Under the hood, the BA BF Falcon V8 Supercar featured a powerful V8 engine, typically a 5.0-liter naturally aspirated Ford Windsor V8 or a 5.4-liter Boss V8. These engines produced around 620 to 650 horsepower and were mated to a six-speed sequential transmission, providing lightning-fast gear changes.

The aerodynamics of the Falcon V8 Supercar were extensively modified to enhance downforce and stability at high speeds. The car featured a large rear wing, front splitter, and various air dams and diffusers to optimize airflow and reduce drag.
